Step 1: The Workshop

Starting at $4,000

I come to your room. Ninety minutes to half a day, your call. Every single example is club work. Not generic business slides. Your BEOs. Your board packets. Your member communications. Everyone leaves with a prompt library built for their actual job. The GM's is different from the membership director's. The chef's is different from the controller's.

Step 2: Club AI Retainer

$2,000 a month. Six month minimum. The workshop is required first.

Your team leaves the workshop excited. Two weeks later most of them are back to doing it the old way. That is not a knock on your staff. That is what happens after every training in every industry.

This is the part that makes it stick.

Month one I get your club set up. After that we work together every month to take another chunk of work off your team.

Month one

• Written AI policy your board can approve
• Department by department prompt library
• Manager training for every department head
• 30 day rollout plan with names and dates

Every month after

• Working session with your department heads
• New workflows built for your club, not adapted from somebody else's
• Direct access to me by text and email
• Quarterly report you hand straight to the board
• First look at anything new before other clubs get it

A full time AI hire runs $112,000 to $130,000 all in. This runs $24,000 the first year.

Monthly rate goes to $2,500 on January 1. Clubs that start before then keep $2,000 for as long as they stay.
